Nicholas “Vici” Vicen

Nick Vicen... wow about one of the first handful of people I met when I first came to UD. Nick Vicen and his roommate Greg lived across from me Freshman year on the 4th floor of Sheehy up in Stuart. We became really good friends and though you might not think it by looking at him the man is a big geek. The things we do together revolve around drinking, video games, Magic, women (before I met Camille) and bitching about a variety of things. Vicen is one of the nicest people I probably know... and his tales are quite legendary and precede even him. This is his blog and it is off to a good start... but just don't believe him when he says he is not a nerd, heh.

Edit: Site down because not updated.

What did you mean by that last sentence? Is he just gonna be another author on your blog or was there suppose to be a link to his own blog?

posting in the wrong area! HAH!!

you were at greg's party? WTF?? i was there from, er, 1030 to 11 ish, then i had to go get josh's drunk ass from flannigan's.

vicen's blog: cool.

i've been writing a story, it's developed nicely, but i want them read in the order i wrote them, not the order of the blogging... so yeah... if you want to read them, look on my page on the links at the left... the first one is "The Killer," second is "Prequel," then "DT,p2" and then "MrJ-p1"

eventually i'll put them, and the 3 chapters that remain, in a different page, in order.

also, i made a flash front-page for my page, that's ALMOST done, i just need 3 or 4 more mouse-over effects.. it can be found here: http://cocuzzi.net/cocuzzinet.html -- let me know what you think

a'yup... back to "work"

Yeah we got there at 11:30 after Atlantis had finished... even asked Chaz where the lot of you were. It was cool though and we just hung around and chatted and did stuff.

Saw your stories... might I recommend an HTML page with em? Just the stories without the colors... they hurt my eyes to read them for so long with those colors. But nonetheless I like them a lot. They seem to be very fleshed out and eagerly await more work... you know this is like my own mini update for my blog.

Got Vicen setup with a blog on my site using MT... so he should move over from LJ soon and that is a good thing.

Saw the flash front page... might i recommend centering it and making it bigger? Seems rather small for a navigation bar. Might I suggest also moving your page completely to Flash? It would be extremely interesting to see. I would never do that since I don't like flash and static pages work best for me.

Now off to work with you! Hehehe.

i definitely am going to put the works all on their own page. in order.

also, the flash thing when i saved it last night WAS bigger, well, a little. and it was moved more to the top of the page. i'm not sure why it doesn't center on the IE pages, but eh, i'll fix it. i gotta finish those last main buttons (friends, news, comics) with their respective mouseovers, and then that'll be done.

i'm not really up for a 100% flash page. not that it's THAT bad, per se, but i just don't want to bother. i'm going to make a flash webpage for josh, soon... not sure what it'll be, maybe it'll be a revamp of his page (www.flyerwebdesign.com) just for the sake of doing it. but again, i'm not sure WHAT it'll be. maybe a fake restraunt? i dunno. i have some really good ideas, and i watched a cool 1-hour video by a guy on flash animation... check it out.. his page is http://www.mudbubble.com ... he's won a shit-ton of awards for being uber :P

anyway, yeah, chapter 5, Linda, and chapter 6, Eric, are up. only one more to go in the thought-out story. w00t.
